About Us

The Museum of Milton houses historical items and the historical narrative of the town established in 1796 to be an inspection center for tobacco and flour. Located in the old Milton State Bank, built in 1860. This building is one of four banking house/residences in NC, and the only one that remains close to its original condition and open for touring.
