Application to Host Connecting Caswell Event

In 2024, there will be the opportunity to host both breakfast and evening events. The tentative dates for these events are as follows*:
January 16 | February 20 | March 19 | June 21 | July 16 | August 20 | October 15 | November 19 
Please fill out the form and indicate your First, Second, and Third choice for dates and whether you would like a morning or evening event. Please also indicate if you have hosted an event in the past.
*All dates are subject to change, and the frequency of Connecting Caswell events may be adjusted due to demand and other events*
